Shipping, Return, and Refund Policy
Cancellation Policy:
- We do not allow cancellations of orders, as we cannot recover transaction processing fees incurred when orders are canceled. If you have made an error, please contact our customer service service@shopmackey.ca. We are all human, and mistakes happen; in some cases, we do make exceptions.
Shipping Policy:
- In-Store Pickup: Instead of shipping, we also offer in-store pickup. You can collect your order at our physical location.
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
- Shipping Methods: We offer various shipping options, including standard and expedited shipping. Delivery times vary based on the method selected at checkout.
- Shipping Costs: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $149 CAD before tax. For orders under this amount, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and chosen shipping method.
- Delivery Areas: We only ship within domestic Canada. For inquiries about international shipping, please contact our customer service.
- Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment.
- Order Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.
Return Policy:
- Proof of Purchase: Proof of purchase or the order number must be presented for us to process a return. We will not accept a return without a receipt under any circumstances
- Exclusions: All items on sale are final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Return Shipping: A flat rate of $15.00 CAD will be deducted from your refund for return shipping costs
- Eligibility: Returns/exchanges are accepted within 30 days after purchase, provided items are in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging. For an item to be eligible for return, it must be in the exact same condition as purchased. All tags and stickers must remain intact. Items that are stained, have pet hair, or show signs of deodorant will not be accepted. Additionally, if an item's packaging is damaged (for example, if a box for boots/shoes is torn), we cannot accept the return as we cannot put it back into inventory for resale.
- In-Store Returns: Returns made in-store are free of charge and also have a 30-day return window, but are subject to the same return conditions. Please note that if you purchased something online but are returning the item in store the shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Compliance: We have the right to refuse any package that does not comply with our return conditions.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If an item received is damaged or incorrect upon arrival, please contact our customer service immediately for assistance.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at service@shopmackey.ca to receive a return authorization and further instructions.
- Non-Refundable Shipping Charges: Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
- No Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee for returned items.

- Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item for the same item or a different size, please follow the return process and place a new order.
