Shipping policy

Cancellation Policy:

We do not allow cancellations of orders, as we cannot recover transaction processing fees incurred when orders are canceled. If you have made an error, please contact our customer service service@shopmackey.ca. We are all human, and mistakes happen; in some cases, we do make exceptions.

Shipping Policy:

In-Store Pickup: Instead of shipping, we also offer in-store pickup. You can collect your order at our physical location.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods: We offer various shipping options, including standard and expedited shipping. Delivery times vary based on the method selected at checkout.

Shipping Costs: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $99 CAD before tax. For orders under this amount, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and chosen shipping method.

Delivery Areas: We only ship within domestic Canada. For inquiries about international shipping, please contact our customer service.

Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment.

Order Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.

 

At shopmackey.ca, standard shipping within Canada on orders over $99 CAD is free *.

Once your order has been processed, you'll receive a tracking number in the form of a confirmation email, allowing you to track your package at every step. If you have any questions or concerns regarding shipping, please contact customer service service@shopmackey.ca

* After discounts and before taxes. Surcharges may be applied in cases where package dimension, weight, or remoteness of delivery address are exceptional.

Mackey will provide the customer with an approximate delivery date. However, customs inspections and weather conditions can cause delays. For this reason, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery date.

If you refuse your order upon delivery, or no one was available to accept your order despite multiple delivery attempts, or your order is left unclaimed at the shipping courier, your order will be returned to our warehouse, and you may incur a re-shipping fee.

Once your order has been assigned a shipping label, you will receive a tracking number via email. You'll also be able to see the tracking number in your account.

Please note:

  • This Shipping Policy applies applies to shopmackey.ca
  • Customers outside of Canada are responsible for all additional fees (taxes, duties, customs charges, etc.) associated with their purchase.
  • At this time, Mackey does not ship to countries outside of Canada.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any order, for any reason.
